She is survived by: her daughters, Tisha Coffman of Owensboro, Dena McCamish of Owensboro, Heather Doss of Owensboro and Amy Thomas of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Blake McCamish, Spencer McCamish, Jade Coffman, Justice Harris, Jacob Doss, Bailey Hayden (Gage) and Sydney Mattingly; and her siblings, Billy Shultz of Owensboro, Donna Mattingly (Bill) of Louisville and Brenda Henry of Stanley. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
