He is survived by: his wife Brenda England; his children, Dwayne England (Tonya) of Owensboro, Scott England (Anita) of Calhoun, Steven England (Tammy) of Elberfield, IN, Jonathan England (Summer) of Abbeville, AL, Marcy Vanover (Troy) of Pleasant Ridge and Tracy Rafferty (Mike) of Beaver Dam; and his sister Peggy Vanover of Owensboro. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
