She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Jean Leachman Frashure; her husband Jackie Morgan; and her brother Michael Lynn Adcock. She is survived by: her father Ray Frashure (Karen) of Calhoun; her siblings, Kim Smith of Calhoun, Tony Leachman of Calhoun, Brian Brooks (Cherie) of Owensboro and Dwight Brooks (Julie) of Fairview Heights, Illinois; and her stepchildren, Jimmy Keith Morgan of Louisville and Rita Morgan of Louisville.
