He is survived by: his wife Judy Brawner; his children, Ty Smith of Owensboro, Kentucky and Katherine Garner of Louisville, Kentucky; his stepchildren, Mike Brawner (June) of Calhoun and Darron Brawner (Jana) of Calhoun, Kentucky; his brother Glen Smith (Glenda) of Sacramento, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Avery Brawner (Sarah) of Calhoun, Kentucky, Jonah Brawner (Morgan) of Calhoun, Kentucky, Cati Brawner of Calhoun, Kentucky, Clay Brawner of Calhoun, Kentucky, Jack Brawner of Calhoun, Kentucky and Trae Ruffin of Calhoun, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
