He was predeceased by: his sons, Norman Allen Howard and Lance Lee Howard. He is survived by: his spouse Lue Belle Troutman; his grandchild Lue Belle Howard; and his great grandchildren, Kim Likens of North Webster, IN, Kathy Nethaway of Milford, IN, Amy Hardin of Chesterfield, IN and Teresa Walla of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by two step great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
