He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvel Sallee and Mildred Juanita McCarty Sallee; and his siblings, Donnie Freels, O. J. Sallee, Roger Sallee, Steve Sallee, Patty Mullen and Betty Chambers.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sallee; his children, Jesse Payne (Megan) of Philpot, Jessica DeVries (Anthony) of Portage and Vanessa Yates (Nathan) of Rumsey; his grandchildren, Bailey Crabtree (Cory Crowe), Breanna Frailley, Jansen Glenn, Katie Frailley, Phoenix Payne, Hailey Shivley and Kevin Shivley; and his sister Peggy Tanner (Rickey) of Calhoun. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
