She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Shirel and Nadine Urton Shirel; and her brother Herbert Shirel (Margaret). She is survived by: her husband Scott Settle; her daughters, Lacey Groves of Greenville, Emily Epley of Calhoun and Amy Mincy (Michael) of Semiway; her grandchildren, Elle Marie Groves, Lucas Groves, Piper Epley, Linley Mincy, Lyric Mincy, Larson Mincy and Lenox Mincy; her siblings, Robert Shirel (Margaret) of Evansville and Maude Miller (Phillip) of Dekoven, Kentucky; her mother-in-law Dorothy Settle of Calhoun; her sister-in-law Regina Shutt of Hartford; her aunt Mae Priar of Calhoun; and her close friends, Daniel Miller of Bremen, Barbara Spence of Calhoun and JoAnn Douglas of McHenry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
