He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Louis and Zelma Louverta Hayes Wilson; his daughter Teresa Wilson; and his siblings, Harry Wilson and Wilma King.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wilson; and his children, Jeff Wilson of Beech Grove, Greg Wilson (Melissa) of Calhoun, Kim Billings (Bill) of Owensboro and Darla Jones (Jack) of Owensboro. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
