He was predeceased by: his brother Norman Allen Howard. He is survived by: his parents, Norman Howard of Calhoun and Lue Belle Howard of Calhoun; and his nieces, Teresa Walla of Indianapolis, Amy Hardin of Chesterfield, Kathy Nethaway of Milford and Kim Likens of North Webster. He is also survived by nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
