He was predeceased by: his father Hubert H. Belcher; his wife Bernice Belcher; and his son Sherman E. Knight. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Peggy Knight of Bidwell, Ohio; his granddaughter Shannon Scott (Robert) of Bidwell; his brother James "Jim" Belcher of Owensboro; and his nephews, Darren Belcher, Todd Bristow, David Bristow, Randy Belcher and Scott Belcher. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
