She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Oather and Golda Love Brooks; her husband Ray Frashure; her sister Patricia Alms; and her stepdaughter Sherry Morgan.
She is survived by: her children, Dwight Brooks (Julie) of Fairview Heights, Brian Brooks (Cherie) of Owensboro and Kim Smith of Calhoun; and her nephew Scott Brooks (Karen) of Indiana. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, several great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
