She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Howell and Geneva Aline Taylor Ruby; and her siblings, Teresa'Tooter'Adkins, Paul Ruby, Terry Ruby and Lanny Ruby.
She is survived by: her daughters, Doris Cartwright (Mark) of Rumsey and Julie Towery of Calhoun; her grandchildren, Haley Powell (Brett), Jimmie Davis, Brittany Stallings (Jason) and Dakota Browning; her great grandchildren, Ava McCormick, Rorik Duvall, Jett Davis, Winnie Stallings, Bentley Powell and Millie Stallings; and her brothers, Michael Ruby (Gayle) of Livermore, David Ruby of Island and Allen Ruby of Owensboro.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel (300 Main St, Calhoun, KY 42327). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Calhoun Cemetery.
