She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Lee and Helen Kathryn Nichols Luttrell; her husband James "Slugo" Sosh; her sons, Steve Sosh and Terry Sosh; and her siblings, Kathryn Parks and James Luttrell.
She is survived by: her sons, Clarence Sosh of Panther, Thomas Duwayne Sosh of Owensboro, James Sosh (Tina) of Owensboro, Keith Sosh (Chasity) of Panther and Billy Sosh (Amanda) of Maceo; and her siblings, Larry Luttrell of Georgia, Denny Luttrell of Livermore, Donnie Luttrell of Livermore, Mike Luttrell (Farris) of Whitesville, Ricky Luttrell of Owensboro, Frances Parks of Owensboro, Dana Walden (Eric) of Owensboro and Brenda Mauzy (Doug) of Calhoun. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; a great granddaughter.
