It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Maxwell of Calhoun, Kentucky, born in Butler, Kentucky, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oda Maxwell and Mary Etta Dodson Maxwell; and his daughter Yvonne Craig. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Maxwell; and his children, Darrell Maxwell (Eva) of Calhoun, Vicki Austin of Calhoun, Donna Luck (Kenny) of Hawesville, Joy Pannell (Hal) of Calhoun, Leviticus Luck, Valorie Luck, Nicole Luck and Becky Wilson of Sebree. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-granddaughters; and a very special friend.
