We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2018, at the age of 62, Jim White (Calhoun, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Karen White; his children, Brad White (Ellie) of California and Kelly Puckett (Kyle) of Livermore; his stepson Michael Bickett of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Madelyn Puckett and Brody Puckett; and his brothers, Bill White (Marty) of Bowling Green and Steve White (Joan) of Owensboro.
