She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Letcher and Chloe Agnes Walker Dame; her husband Dale Bozarth; and her brother Dudley Dame. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Bozarth (Jennie) of Owensboro, Rodney Bozarth (Becky) of Henderson and Karen Bozarth of Williams, Arizona. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
