He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Campbell. He is survived by: his mother Wealtha Gunn Campbell of Boonville; his wife Tammy Campbell; his sons, Kelly Campbell (Ashley) of Boonville, Joshua Campbell (Alana) of Colorado Springs, Jacob Campbell (Kim) of Calhoun and Jordan Campbell of Calhoun; and his sisters, Jane Letcher (Al) of Boonville, Nancy Masterson (Don) of Boonville and Vicky Persinger of Spottsville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
