We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2023, at the age of 68, Debbie Whitaker of Calhoun, Kentucky, born in Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Douglas and Billie June Fitts Wells; her son Houston Bryant Whitaker; her granddaughter Emmalee Grace Bowlds; her sister Leslie Wink; and her nephew Elliot Wells.
She is survived by: her husband Luie Whitaker; her daughters, Shelby Lynn Decker (Shawn) of Calhoun and Kristie Lee Bowlds (Andy) of Calhoun; her daughter-in-law Brittany Whitaker of Calhoun; her grandchildren, Ashby Rice, Sydney Cessna (Thomas) of Zane Decker, H. B, Caroline Whitaker, Lily Bowlds, Kayleigh Bowlds Hughes (Michael), Kerstyn Decker and Kaleb Decker; her great grandchildren, Anniston Cessna and Ellington Cessna; her siblings, Doug Wells (Tresa) of Owensboro, Bonnie Melton (Ralph) of Madisonville and Pamela Wells Daniel (Rodney) of Greenville; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Kuegel (Rod) of Owensboro and Lori Troutman of Calhoun. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
