She was predeceased by: her sister Rhonda Kay Eads. She is survived by: her parents, Ronald A. Kruse and Mary A. Whitworth of Elizabethtown; her sons, Michael Anthony Kruse of Louisville and Robert Zachary Johnson of Louisville; and her sister Kathie Jo Bond of Connecticut.
