He is survived by: his children, Bradley Troutman (Jane) of Friendly Village, Mark Lee Troutman (Belinda Sue) of Masonville, Kathy Shiver-Hughes of Rockport and Shannon Underwood (Steve) of Buck Creek; his grandchildren, Garrett Underwood (Lexie), Dusti Troutman, Jon Troutman, Thomas Troutman and Daniel Troutman; and his sister Mary Ruth Belk of Livermore. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
