He is survived by: his parents, Bill Summers and Connie Summers of Cadiz, KY.; his children, Dalton Summers (Mary) and Makaya Sutton (Brandon); his sister Kim Rayburn (Lloyd); his grandchildren, Noah, Tucker and Kensleigh Sutton; and his nephews, Brandon Rayburn (Hannah) and Bryce Rayburn.
