He is survived by: his wife Mary Williams Spann; his children, Frank Williams of Cadiz, Mary Spann of Cadiz, Elizabeth Van Hoozer (Joshua) of Cadiz, Linda Spann of Cadiz and April Spann of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Destiny, Xana, Cymara, Diamond, Damarious, Samiyah, Spirit, Toron, Jr., Ryan and Aryiah; and his brothers, Henry Spann, Jr. of Cadiz and Robert Spann (Betty) of Cadiz.
