He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Marie Moore of Granite City, IL, Jill Kathleen Antoniou of Sower Mound, TX, Kaye Suzanne Lauer (Kurt) of Woodbridge, VA and Whitney Lee Foster of Cadiz, KY; and his grandchildren, April, Nick, Jessica, Rebecca, Jennifer and Sarah.
