He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Boyd and Lalla Leneave Boyd; his former wife Mildred Wood Boyd; and his daughter Audrey Sue Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Joy Ellen Boyd; his daughter Penny Mitchell (Jerry) of Princeton; his sister Wilma Billington (Mason) of Murray; his granddaughters, Tara Davenport (Trey) of Sonora and Tasha Harris (Bobby) of Princeton; and his great grandchildren, Tristen Boyd Davenport, Titus Edwin Davenport, Theodore Charles Davenport and Silas Ray Harris. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
