He is survived by: his wife Linda Skinner Choate; his children, Wallace Choate, Jr. (Carla) of Trigg County, Jason Choate (Laurie) of Cadiz, Jenniffer McGee (Edgar) of Cadiz, Rita Henson (John) of Lincoln, IL, Lori Weldon of Seymour, IN and Dawn Mari McCrady (James) of Seymour, IN; and his sisters, Judy Ayers (Bob) of Cadiz and Juanita Stapp of Dover, TN. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
