Thomas of Cadiz, KY; her stepson Kevin Holsapple (Jodi) of Benton, KY; her grandchildren, Tyler Allan Thomas (Debra) of Cadiz, KY, Caroline T. Davis (Daniel) of Gracey, KY, Casey Thomas of Paducah, KY, Alex Thomas (Hali) of Paducah, KY, Hanna Holsapple of Benton, KY and Skyler Holsapple of Benton, KY; her great grandchild Ember Brooks Thomas; her granddaughter Cora Allyn Thomas; and her caregivers, Laura Wadlington, Teresa Dillard, Debbie Kasprzak, Gloria Mayes Thomas and Vonnie.
