She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmie Lee Cross and Mennie V. Burress Cross; and her husband Roy Neeble. She is survived by: her siblings, Sharlet Cross of Sunbright, Tenn., Bobby Lee Cross of Carthage and Billy Denver Cross of Greenbrier, Tenn.; and her niece Kim Haynes Pendleton of Cadiz.
