She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard Boren and Katherine Stewart P'Pool; her sister Martha Boren Mitchell; and her grandson Justin Revis. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Shaffer of Clarksville, Tenn.; her granddaughter McKenzie Davis; her great grandchildren, Kinsley Davis, Kingston Davis and Michael Boren; her close friend Randy Bush of Cadiz; and her siblings, J. C. Boren of Cadiz, Kathy Boren of Cadiz and Bonnie Lamb (Dave) of Hopkinsville. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
