He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Oakley and Docia Oakley (Mathis); his wife Freda Oakley (McKinney); his daughter Kellie Harper Oakley; and his siblings, Gary Oakley, Elizabeth Ann Oakley, Edna Iduma Reddick and Lawana Perez.
He is survived by: his daughter Libby Ladd (Roger) of Cadiz; his grandson Josh Holley (Sarah) of Cadiz; his great grandchildren, Ady Holley and Oakley Layton Holley of Cadiz; and his siblings, Mike Oakley of Cadiz and Bobbie Perry of Cadiz.
