It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tina Birdsong of Cadiz, Kentucky, born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 25, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Pete" Lewis and Virginia Morrell Green Forsythe; her stepfather Nelson Forsythe; and her mother-in-law Mary Louise Birdsong. She is survived by: her husband Ted Nolan Birdsong of Cadiz, KY; her sons, Nicholas Woodruff (Heather) of Wallonia, KY and Aubrey Woodruff of Cadiz, KY; her stepdaughters, Kendal Leigh Birdsong of Cadiz, KY and Emaly Lane Reynolds (Blake) of Cadiz, KY; her siblings, Frankie Lewis (Pat) of Cadiz, KY, Robert Lewis of Cadiz, KY, Timmy Lewis of Cadiz, KY, Linda Blane (Barry) of Cadiz, KY and Jackie Futrell (Kelvin) of Cadiz, KY; her grandchildren, Brantley, Briley Woodruff, Abrionna, Makaylee, Kingston and Aly Reynolds; her father-in-law Boyce Birdsong of Cadiz, KY; and her sister-in-law Nancy Johnston (Scott) of Cadiz, KY.
