She was predeceased by: her mother Beatrice Oliver Choate; her daughter April Dawn Hendricks; her grandsons, Jake Ryan Yates and Shawn Hardrick; her brother Melvin Choate; her grandmother Susie Oliver; and her mother-in-law Agnes Aleshire.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Hendricks; her daughters, Laura Hendricks, Janetta Hendricks (Ron Meisler) and Chasity Hendricks; her grandchildren, Christopher Hardrick (Charlene), Kaitlyn Flowers (Clifton), Warren Jones and Phillip Jones; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Suits, Kiley Flowers, Cheyenne Suits, Wesley Hardrick, Xavier Flowers, Bennett Jones, Corbin Flowers, Lila Jones, Riley Jones, Chase Hardrick and Addelyn Brandenburg.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home Inc. (138 Main St, Cadiz, KY 42211). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
