He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Tyler and Josephine Tyler (Adams); and his siblings, Paul Tyler and Ruby Holloway. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Tyler of Cadiz; his children, Steven Dale Tyler of Cadiz, Amanda Tyler McCoy of Cadiz and Brittny Tyler of Murray; and his siblings, James "Snub" Tyler of Dawson Springs, Linda Russell (Will) of Cadiz and Sally Rambo (Randy) of Dawson Springs.
