He is survived by: his wife Fran Kostrzebski of Cadiz, KY; his children, Daniel Kostrzebski (Carol) of Cadiz, KY, Kenneth Kostrzebski (Christina) of Macclesfield, NC, Lynn Myers (Anthony) of Perry, NY and MaryBeth Kowalski (Richard) of Greece, NY; his sister-in-law Helen Kostrzebski of Elma, NY; his grandchildren, Kim Kess (Christian), Lynn Cieslak (Damian), Shane Kostrzebski (Katie), Blake Kostrzebski (Aimi), Samantha Kelly (Chris), Brad Myers, Kaitlyn Kostrzebski and Luke Kostrzebski; his great grandchildren, Hannah and Philipp Kess; and his grandchildren, Leonie Cieslak, Colton Kostrzebski and Logan Kelly.
