He is survived by: his mother Glode Henderson of Trigg County, KY; his children, Paul Dwyer of Greenville, KY, Scott Dwyer of Cadiz, KY, Jonathan Dwyer of Cadiz, KY and Elizabeth Dwyer Wheeler of Drakesboro, KY; and his sisters, Cathy Dwyer of Cadiz, KY and Rena Dwyer of Cadiz, KY. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
