He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Neeble and Gertie Elizabeth Neeble (Hargrove); and his sister Pansy Mart. He is survived by: his wife Vonda Lou Neeble of Dawson Springs; and his siblings, Billy Neeble (Erma) of Clarksville, Tennessee, Evelyn Bush of Hopkinsville and Fannie Denton of Paducah.
