He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Walter Chapman and Elenora Isabell Figel Chapman; his stepfather Milton Kyser; his brothers, Don Chapman and Rev. Tom Chapman; and his niece Mary Beth Harrah.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Lizzie" Chapman; his children, Gabriel Chapman (Maxine), Clayton Chapman (Heather), Keith Chapman, Kevin Chapman and Ahminda West; his siblings, Gary Chapman (Reggie), Linda Vance and Kathie Ruth (Jim); his sisters-in-law, Sherri Chapman and Becky Chapman; and his grandchildren, Bryce Chapman, Cayden Chapman, Evan West, Jonah West, Ava Chapman and Kayson Chapman.
