She is survived by: her son Ross Flatt (Charlotte) of Lexington; her grandson Aubrey James Flatt; her sister Sammie Kay Radford of Cadiz; her stepchildren, Chris Thomas (Melody) of Crofton, KY, John Leslie Thomas (Valerie) of Lexington and Melanie Ladd (Nick) of Cadiz; her stepgrandchildren, Marlee Thomas, Noah Thomas, Landry Thomas, Kaitlyn Thomas, Zach Thomas, Dylan Hancock, Jace Hancock and Faith Thomas; and her nephews, Greg McNichols (Sabrina) of Cadiz, Ricky McNichols (Dianne) of Cadiz and Kevin Radford (Dana) of Louisville, KY..
