She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Huddleston and Lona Margaret Eli Huddleston; her husband Robert "Bob" Meadows; her brother H. P. Huddleston; and her great grandchild Elizabeth Atwood.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Meadows (Wanda) of Cadiz and Connie Thomas of Ocala, Fla.; her grandchildren, John Peyton Meadows (Lindsey), Lee Whitney Rudolph (Eddie), Tracie Atwood (Kevin) and Marc Thomas (Molly); and her great grandchildren, Preston Thomas, Layton Atwood Ishman (Josh), Dru Hadley Thomas, Ella Lee Rudolph, Evie Kay Rudolph, Alex Kell, Colby Wimpee, Hallie Wimpee and Ema Grace Tishman.
