He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Leo Higbee and Lois Keys Higbee; his brother Doug Higbee; his son Bruce Higbee; his son-in-law Mark Fuller; and his great grandchild Andra Pool.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Higbee of Cadiz; his daughter Lydia Higbee Fuller of Owensboro, KY; his daughter-in-law Carol Higbee of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Will Fuller, Sarah Fuller Vanegas (Salvador), Amanda Pool (Mark) and Laura Lancaster (Josh); his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Samuel Lancaster, Maria, Lucia and William Vanegas; his great great grandchildren, Lux and Dax Pool; and his sister Barbara Higbee Leach of Campbellsville, KY..
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cadiz Baptist Church (82 Main St, Cadiz, KY 42211). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
