She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvis T. Stokes and Alma Rickard Stokes Walker; her daughter Joy Hallman Svenson Bitner; and her siblings, Charles Stokes, Martha Stokes Shannon Bynum, Juanita Stokes Sharp, Rebecca Glover and Elizabeth Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Harry O. Todd of Cadiz, KY; her son Steven Hallman, Sr. (Mary Ann) of Owensboro, KY; and her brother Freddie Stokes (Joyce) of Madisonville, KY. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
