He was predeceased by: his father Rodney Darnell; and his grandparents, Leonard "Bubby" Darnell, Virginia Deweese, Randy and Edith Young Harrison.
He is survived by: his mother Diane Harrison Darnell of Cadiz; his wife Kim Jackson Darnell of Cadiz; his sisters, Sheri Darnell of Nashville and Tami Bauer (Bruce) of Cadiz; and his siblings-in-law, Dawn Medina (Rene) of Wadsworth, Illinois and Brian Jackson of Wadsworth.
He had a kind and generous spirit, exemplified by his final act of giving life to others through organ donation.
