He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Waits and Thelma Pitzer Waits. He is survived by: his wife Judy Pitzer of Cadiz; and his siblings-in-law, David Williams (Tish) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Janet Haines (Larry) of Matthews.
