Bush of Cadiz, Carloss Bush of Hopkinsville and Chase Bush of Cadiz; his sisters, Patsy Dougherty (Dennis) of Wildwood, Fla., Carla Jones (Kenneth) of Cadiz and Judy Rennison of Wildwood, Fla.; his grandchild Jesse Bush; and his stepdaughter Casi Travis (Casey) of Hopkinsville.
