With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randall E. Barrow of Cadiz, Kentucky, born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on September 13, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Morris and Mary Lou Collins Barrow; and his brother Gary Barrow. He is survived by: his children, Lauren Michelle Babb (Kayla) of Paducah and Randall E. Barrow, II (Jessica Fraser) of Paducah; and his siblings, Sandra Noland (Glen) of Ledbetter, Rickey "Poppy" Barrow (Shirley) of Ledbetter and Carl Barrow (Rena) of Lone Oak.
