She is survived by: her husband Brent Stewart of Cadiz, KY; her sons, Chris Stewart (Amanda) of Cadiz, KY and Greg Stewart of Cadiz, KY; her grandmother Lennie Ruth Smith of Cadiz, KY; her sister Stacey Fuller of Cadiz, KY; her grandchildren, Hunter, Arianna and Helena Stewart; her sister-in-law Tacy Bullock of Cadiz, KY; her father-in-law Donnie Stewart of Cadiz, KY; her sister Kim; her brother-in-law Dennis Adams of Cadiz, KY; and her close friends, Belinda McVickers and Lisa Francis.
