He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Allen and Deltie Cook Allen; his wife Lula Mae Vowell Allen; his siblings, Robert Kelly Allen, Corbett Allen, Myrna Loy Sholar, Goldie Mae Fowler and Sylvie Allen; and his grandson Anthony Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Allen of Cadiz, Robert Allen (Trudy) of Cadiz, Mike Allen (Sherry) of Herndon, KY, John Allen of Cadiz, Kerry Allen of Cadiz, Carl Allen (Angie) of Hopkinsville, Jeff Allen (Kim) of Cadiz, Patricia Fuller of Cadiz, Penny Clayton (Matt) of Lawrenceville, GA and Donna Allen of Cadiz; and his brothers, Grady L. Allen (Betty) of Nashville, TN and Franklin L. Allen of Cadiz. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
