She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert D. Davis and Josey Evelyn McLevain Davis; her husband Ezra Simms; her son Edwin Holder; and her brothers, Norris Davis and Carl Davis.
She is survived by: her son Jerry; her daughter-in-law Sandy Holder of Cadiz, KY; her grandchildren, Bruce Holder (Debbie) and Kelly Holder of Hopkinsville, KY; her great grandchildren, Tyler Holder (Ashton), Eric Holder of Paducah, KY, Rachel Holder of Cadiz, KY, Ethan Holder of Calvert City, KY, Hudson Holder of Cadiz, KY and Eden Hooper of Hopkinsville, KY; and her great great grandchild Kyle Holder of Hopkinsville, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
