He is survived by: his parents, Mark Thweatt and Connie Allison; his daughter Kamdynn Thweatt of Cadiz, KY; his sister Crystal Fowler (Dan) of Hopkinsville, KY; and his grandmother Joyce Brown. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Kamdynn Thweatt Trust Fund that has been established at Planters Bank.
