She is survived by: her sons, Brent Futrell (Kim) of Cadiz, KY and Mike Futrell (Shirley) of Cadiz, KY; her sisters, Nell King Radford of Hopkinsville, KY and Marie Mitchell of Cadiz, KY; her grandchild Greyson Lee Futrell of Cadiz, KY; her sisters, Jordan Futrell (Rachel) of Cadiz, KY and Katelyn Hopper (Garrett) of Hopkinsville, KY; her great grandchild Rylan Grace Zimmerman of Hopkinsville, KY; her grandchildren, Emma Grace Futrell of Cadiz, KY and Cayden Rose of Cadiz, KY.; and her parents, Clifton Choate and Mary Helen Huddleston Choate.
