He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Robert McDonald and Anna Mae Crotty McDonald; and his sister Peggy Gorkowski. He is survived by: his children, Shelley Dover (Jerry) of Beaver Dam, KY, Robert McDonald (Michelle) of Cadiz, KY and Mike McDonald (Brenda); his sisters, Patricia Hager of Rockford, IL and Pam Wenz (Russ) of Whitehouse, TN; and his friend Diane Roberson of Rockford, IL. He is also survived by TEN GRANDCHILDREN and THIRTEEN GREAT GRANDCHILDREN.
